The common issues seen in the past can be summarized as:
Computer Crashes / BSOD when Installing TrueEarth products
- If your CPU is overclocked, try lowering the overclock. The TrueEarth conversion process is highly CPU intensive.
- OR
- Lower the amount of resources Orbx Central is allowed to use
- Opt-in to fastlane to gain access to Orbx Central v4.1.8
- Cancel any existing installations
- Go to Settings, Downloader
- Set Conversions to Medium or Low
- Note: This may increase the install time.
- Set Concurrency to the right disk type depending on where you're installing products
- Note: This may increase the install time.
- Start installation of a TrueEarth product
Install is frozen and will not progress
- Close Orbx Central entirely and reboot it
Cancelling an install doesn't work
- Close Orbx Central entirely
- Delete the %Temp%\Orbx folder
- Open Orbx Central

Everything is now stuck.
I wanted to follow up and see if you are still experiencing an issue. If so, I'd like to go ahead and create a ticket to resolve the issue with you.
Orbx Central 4.1.44 fails to convert files :(
I uninstalled Central, deleted all APPDATA Folders and all ORBx folders after trying all other suggestions. Reinstalled Central and it continued to show the frozen install track. Stuck as it now won't do anything and when I try to stop the installation it says I can't
